The interior fit-out for Tropicana Corporation Berhad’s corporate office in Kota Damansara, Selangor was designed to create a modern and professional workplace environment. Undertaken by Basics Decor Sdn Bhd, the project reflects the company’s corporate identity while supporting efficient daily operations. Spanning approximately 225,000 sq. ft. with a project value of RM22.5 million, the development was carried out in collaboration with consultants GD Builders Sdn Bhd and Blu Water Studio Sdn Bhd.
The scope included contemporary office interiors featuring custom joinery and upgraded workspace elements. The design balances functionality with clean, modern aesthetics, ensuring each space serves both practical and visual needs. Emphasis on thoughtful planning, quality finishes, and detailed execution resulted in a cohesive and polished environment that enhances productivity while reinforcing a strong corporate presence.
